Fertiliser

Having access to most palm plantations in Indonesia, has given CDD and SPB the privilege of being associated with most of the Fertiliser producers in Indonesia, Brunei, Malaysia, Vietnam, China and the Balkans together with the well know producers in the Gulf regions. We are able to source and supply most farmers needs, while also providing backup to traders and retailers of Ureas, NPK and Organic Fertilisers.

Fertilisers that can be sourced and supplied by our group are:

  • Urea - 46-0-0 Agricultural

  • Various NPK Grades

  • Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP) & Diammonium Phosphate (DAP)

  • Granulated Sulphate of Ammonia

Urea - 46-0-0 Agricultural

Urea fertilizer is a high-nitrogen, solid organic compound (CO(NH2)2) containing 46% nitrogen, commonly used in agriculture to boost crop growth and yields. Produced by reacting ammonia with carbon dioxide, it is popular due to its low cost, high solubility, and efficiency. It is widely used for direct soil application, granular, or foliar feeding, often labelled as urea-ammonium nitrate.

Various NPK Grades

NPK fertilizer is a three-component plant nutrient mixture containing nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K), which are essential macronutrients for plant growth, health, and yield. The NPK ratio on packaging represents the percentage of each nutrient (e.g., 10-10-10), indicating its suitability for enhancing leaf growth, root development, or fruit production.

Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP)

MAP-removebg-preview.png

Monoammonium Phosphate (MAP) is a highly water-soluble, granulated or powder fertilizer (typically 11-52-0 or 12-61-0 NPK) that provides a concentrated source of phosphorus (N2O5) and nitrogen (N) for plants. Known as ammonium dihydrogen phosphate (NH4H2PO4), it is prized as a starter fertilizer due to its low nitrogen levels, high phosphorus content, and acidity, which helps maximize nutrient absorption in neutral and alkaline soils.

Sulphur

Sulfur is a refined petroleum by-product that, when combined with specific additives, is transformed into a form that is absorbable by plants or usable in various industries. Sulfur fertilizer is a chemical fertilizer composed of compact and granulated particles, typically made by combining elemental sulfur with bentonite or other swelling agents.

Granulated Sulphate of Ammonia

Granulated Sulphate of Ammonia is a high-quality, free-flowing, granular fertilizer containing roughly 20-21% nitrogen (in ammonium form) and 24% sulphur. It is used to improve plant vitality, encourage lush green growth, and supply sulfur, especially in alkaline or sulfur-deficient soils. It is widely used in dry bulk blending, as a base fertilizer, or top-dressed for crops like rapeseed, corn, and fruit trees.

Oil & Gas

Oil and gas remain vital energy sources, powering a wide range of applications, from gasoline and aviation and marine fuel to domestic and industrial energy production.

Our well-established allocation holder partners give us access to crude oil and gas across the United States, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, West Africa, the Mediterranean, and the North Sea, enabling us to source a broad range of crude grades for our refineries. This allows us to help refineries optimise their crude slate and production to our commercial advantage. Our growing crude and gas portfolio gives clients greater access to all grades across global markets.

As part of CDD's global network, our team holds the mandate to supply broker deals through our crude oil and gas allocation holder partners, while also playing a vital role in supporting down-stream projects and moving cargoes worldwide.

Our crude oil and gas team is actively engaged in entrepreneurial trading, drawing on our partners' long-standing relationships with upstream producers and refineries across global markets.

Backed by our global allocation holder partner network of peer companies within our network, the teams are well-positioned to maximise crude oil and gas sourcing and deliver tailored synergies for our customers' advantage. We leverage our robust platform and deep market knowledge to secure the best pricing, maximise opportunities, and mitigate risk through both physical and paper trading.
